21st December was a first for the band playing inside Woolworth’s Dapto shop. IPB started inside Woolworth’s then marched through to the middle of the centre where they entertained shoppers with a small troupe of dancing girls. Thanks to Kyle and Sharon we have photos.

15th October 2017 saw Illawarra Pipe Band hold their 36th Annual Games Day. Due to lack of entries there was no Games Day held in 2016 so Games organisers were nervous about how the day would go. Even though there were late withdrawals from bands the day was still judged a success by those attending and the Games Committee.

The Annual Scottish Fair is fast approaching and will be held on the Sunday 19th October at Dandaloo Hotel Sports Ground. Gates open at 8.30 AM and Massed Bands Closing ceremony at approx 3.00 PM.
